Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan is free forever and never asks for a card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial — you only enter card details when the trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade anytime from the admin portal. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid time.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+
You'll see a soft warning in the admin portal a few days ahead, with a one-click upgrade prompt. Your data is never deleted — only new additions are blocked until you upgrade.
How does payment work?+
All payments run through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). You'll receive an emailed invoice for every payment.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or hostels?+
